Hourly rate, fixed (contractual) cost and kilometer calculation.
The hourly rate applies if the distance of the trip is small, but you need to wait a long time.
In any case, you can just call us and agree on the price. We will always meet you and make a discount.

You can cancel your order. In case of cancellation less than 6 hours before the scheduled time, we will charge a fee of 50% of the transfer price. If a passenger fails to show up, we will charge 100% of the transfer price.

You can pay online using PayPal or credit card. The booked trip can also be paid directly to the driver, in cash or by credit card.

If you pay by credit card, once your order is charged, you will receive a digital invoice in PDF format that you can easily download to your account. An e-mail notification will not be sent out. Please understand that Baden Transfer cannot send you an invoice by mail. Thank you very much.

Meeting at home
The driver will wait for you at your home in good time and help you load your luggage.

Meeting at the airport
At the airport, we will wait for you with a sign with your name on it at the terminal exit after we receive your baggage. If you do not have luggage, make your way to the exit of the arrival terminal. Alternatively, another pickup location may be designated.

Meeting at the train station
At the train station, we will wait for you with a nameplate at the appropriate railroad track, which is indicated on your reservation confirmation. Alternatively, another meeting place may be specified.

Arrival at the hotel
Our driver will be waiting for you in the lobby of your hotel with a nameplate.
